The ESPAI-ICÀRIA project was born from the initiative and desire of Isaac Coderch to create as a reference a distribution point for Barcelona, a space created as a matrix for the commercial structure and its evolution to face the challenges of the future.

A showroom capable of exciting where you can see all the brands, products and options of our products for interior and exterior, an event, exhibition and distribution space that will provide support and services to the professionals who are involved.

The commercial structure, as well as the project, has been built on a chain of values, including objective, commitment and loyalty, with these values, Carles Pérez was chosen and together the rest has been built.

As for the origin of the name that gives it meaning,

• The word ICÀRIA is closely linked to the thoughts of the utopians in the 19th century in Barcelona, a group of thinkers and intellectuals led by Narcís Monturiol believed in the idea of building another type of city and society.
  That experience disappeared in a few years, but the Cerdà plan of 1860 wanted to have a memory for those utopians and named Avinguda d’Icària the road that linked Poble Nou with Barcelona.
  It is closely related to the work carried out by architects as they spoke of the search for the perfect city.
